1. Return Eligibility

You can return most items within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • The return request must be made within 15 days of receiving your product.
  • Certain products such as personalized or final sale items may not be eligible for return. Please check the product details for specific return conditions.

2. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support team at contact@trendshoppingmall.com with your order number and the product you wish to return.
  2. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with return instructions and a return address.
  3. Please securely package the item and ship it back to us using a trackable shipping method.
  4. Once we receive the item and confirm it meets the return conditions, we will process your refund.

3. Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed once the returned item is received and inspected. If the item meets our return conditions, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Refunds may take 5–7 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
  • Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable. If you received free shipping, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

4. Exchanges

Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, you must return the original item and place a new order for the desired product.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will assist you in processing a return, replacement, or refund.

6. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return or refund, including:

  • Products marked as final sale or clearance
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Digital products.

7. Return Shipping Costs

  • If you are returning an item due to a mistake on our part (e.g., defective or wrong item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • For other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
